The sale has been announced of a 6,000 sf plus a penthouse at 70 Vestry in Tribeca on the market for $50 million. Which got me thinking about a 6,000 sf plus oceanfront house 11 Crown Way for sale in Marblehead for just $3 million.

The obvious question is what the buyer of 11 Crown Way would do with the extra $47 million. Here are a few suggestions:

To avoid commercial flights ($45.5 million)

To meet you at the airport ($0.2 million)

And this would make a nice feature in Marblehead Harbor ($1 million)

No contest, really, is there?
